Giving birth is a beautiful, miraculous and life-changing event. Its impact on a woman’s body, both physically and mentally, should never be underestimated.
Here at LiftOff, we are lucky enough to have our own postnatal specialist as part of the coaching team.

As a mum of two young children, Coach Torz recognises the mistakes and misgivings she experienced during her own post-partum fitness journey. That is why she has made it her mission to help educate and empower women to take effective steps to heal their bodies in the right way after giving birth, however far along that path they may be.

CORE AND RESTORE PROGRAMME

This is an eight-week exercise programme designed for post-natal women. It focuses on abdominal rehab and restoring pelvic core strength and function. Its ultimate aim is to help participants return to the workouts they enjoyed pre-birth whilst promoting self-care and positive mental health. The programme gives the tools and education needed to rebuild and heal the body from the inside out.

• A full one-to-one consultation.
• 8 x weekly one-hour small group classes which follow a carefully designed and structured programme.
• A four-week food plan and recipe book providing nutritional advice to support new mums and to promote overall health.
• An eight week home workout programme to complement the group class structure.
• A wealth of knowledge, experience, wisdom and empathy.
• A non-judgemental support network.

STRONGER TOGETHER

Created as a follow-on to the Core & Restore programme, Stronger Together is a strength-based fitness class designed to integrate all aspects of women’s health. The female body is complex and mums, in particular, have many demands to juggle. Stronger Together considers these factors and embraces all aspects of wellness, building strong women and promoting overall long term health.
