GROUP TRAINING / CLASSES

Setting us apart from traditional gyms, the LiftOff experience is relaxed and friendly with a strong sense of community at its core.

Our group classes are led by one of our professional coaches and last for 60 minutes. The nature of the class can vary from strength training, weightlifting, aerobic training and gymnastic training. Our coach will explain the workout at the beginning of the session and coach you throughout. We thrive on helping individuals to gain confidence in their fitness ability which is fundamental to achieving their long term goals.

Our schedule is flexible to fit around the busy lives of our members. We have early, mid-morning, late evenings and weekend classes.
